Sixsec was a small-scale VR arcade at the Winkelhaak on Forepark in Den Haag, on the edge of Voorburg and Rijswijk, with eight licensed VR escape rooms from the ARVI catalog — from Alice in Wonderland and the occult Sanctum to Cyberpunk and House of Fear — supplemented with VR Formula 1 racing and party games. Groups of two to four players played with headsets from fixed stations, with difficulty levels from easy to hard so both gamers and beginners could manage. Reviews were notably positive (around 5.0 on Google with nearly 300 ratings): the friendly staff — host Joey is mentioned in reviews more often than the games themselves — and beautiful graphics received praise; the small space and being stuck at your station were the main drawbacks.
