Escape Room Weerselo was a small rural location of 't Twents Kwartiertje with two rooms around the historic Stift near Weerselo: in De Oude School you're 11 years old again and locked in a classroom, and in De Kloosterkamer the ghosts of the old Stift monks try to keep you as a follower. Both classic rooms were quietly removed from the offering around 2025; the location now sells a VR escape room alongside archery and Solex, E-Chopper and TukTuk tours. There are virtually no independent player reviews online to be found — the escapetalk pages remained empty and worldofescapes marks both rooms as closed — so little hard can be said about quality. The charm lay mainly in the premises and the link with a real heritage location, but if you're looking for a classic escape room, you can only find the VR variant here.
