In the heart of old Volendam you play Het Geheim van de Lutine: in 1806 the ship Lutine sank with 1.7 million pounds of gold on board — a real, famous wreck whose ship's bell hangs at Lloyd's of London. You travel back in time along characteristic Volendam locations (multiple consecutive rooms) to discover where the gold lies and what centuries-old secret lies behind Volendam's wealth; this is the updated v2 of the earlier Enigma Escape Rooms version. Visitors praise the well-developed story, the decoration and short, well-timed tips via intercom — and the fact that there are no number locks.
