Outstanding Events is primarily a beach events company at the Noordpier in Velsen-Noord (since 2005), which added an escape room in 2016: Escape The Truck, a mobile drug lab built in Breaking Bad style in an old delivery van. You played the fugitive cook who had to escape within 60 minutes before 'Mr. Fring' arrived, guided by a live instructor, and the truck could even come to your own location. The sparse reviews were enthusiastic about the creative puzzles, tense details and enthusiastic guidance, but there are only two reviews. Note: the truck no longer appears in the current activity offerings — the company continues with group games such as The Big Escape, but the standalone escape room era appears to be over.
