About this venue
De Uitvindfabriek is an interactive children's museum in the old candy factory De Faam, five minutes' walk from Breda Central Station. Inside is one escape room, Cityhackers, where teams as 'city hackers' crack codes about buildings, infrastructure, and artworks in the city while competing against another team. It is explicitly an educational STEM outing (from age 11, 6-12 players, only available Wednesday and Saturday), built with bureau Coded Club. Visitors praise the inventive, hands-on approach for families and school groups, but the escape room itself gets barely any standalone reviews from enthusiasts because it's seen as a school outing.
