Escape Adventure (Escape Room Adventure), once located at the Ekkersweijer in Best, was a first-wave escape room location with three rooms, atmospherically decorated with lighting and sound and focusing on physical puzzles over digital gadgets. The crowd favorite was 'The Curse of Captain Kidd', built around the real pirate William Kidd who was hanged on May 23, 1701 — a beautifully decorated room that felt like a ship from the first step. There were also 'Escape from Machu Picchu' (adventurous treasure hunt, somewhat trickier) and 'The Forgotten Wilderness', a spacious, group-friendly pure puzzle room with deliberately minimal story. On escaperoomsnederland the location scored 8.8 (97 reviews) and was praised for enthusiastic, helpful staff and good briefing, though the rooms were considered particularly challenging with an escape rate of only around 10-15%. By mid-2026 the business relocated to Valkenswaard (Molenstraat 203a), where the same rooms can now be booked under the name Adventure and Thrill / Rofra; the Best location is no longer active.
