About this venue
KidsEscape Valkenburg is an escape room specially designed for children (6-12 years), located on the Heunsberg next to Sprookjesbos. There are two rooms: Wonderland, where children find themselves in an upside-down world and must return on time with a time machine, and Toverschool, a magical school full of trick chests that must be opened through cooperation and attentiveness. Both rooms can be played in two difficulty levels (6-9 and 9-12 years); a participating adult is required and free. It's not scary and is geared toward cooperation. Public information and reviews are scarce: parents praise the beautiful décor and child-friendly pace (and the diploma every child receives), while adult escapers find the rooms very easy and completely linear, without any real game guidance.
