Escape Room Venray was a small, intimate escape room in the village of Merselo (Grootdorp 73), set up as a collaboration between party center 't Anker and Nika-Actief. The three rooms had a deliberate difficulty ladder: Maya Tempel (10+) as an accessible beginner room, Ark van Noach (12+) in which you had to get everything aboard the ark in time, and the trickier Mystery in the Forest (16+) about a missing journalist at a cabin. Reviewers appreciated the neat, clean spaces, the friendly welcome and the well-timed hints; staff even actively guided experienced teams toward the harder room. Downsides were sometimes thin storylines, puzzles that clever players could circumvent, and one complaint about rigid billing.
